Charrass label Boss' raises alarm after the singer started threatening him
TGC CEO, Adekola Oluwatobi has raised an alarm that Nigerian singer Charass and his manager John Peace, have been threatening to deal with him, after he promised to sue them for reneging on an agreement they signed.
According to Adekola, the whole issue started after Charass' manager, John Peace couldn't
account for the N4.5M he paid for two albums. Here's what he wrote;
"From left to right @iamjohnpeace @charassmelody n me of cos letting the cat out of the bag before I take legal actions. @charassmelody has an agreement in principle with me for two albums... paid the manager @iamjohnpeace 4.5m plus extras. He told me he wanted to release another song I asked to know how the initial funds was spent he couldn't account 4 it and I decided to change him as the manager the next line of action is that the less ambitious ex mmm artist @charassmelody decided to take my company off his management stuff and @iamjohnpeace boastfully saying 6m I gave to him between December and now wouldn't be repaid since I rejected to give them 2.5m.
