On 27th of January, LIB revealed that that the battle between Harrysong and his estranged label, Five Star Music, which is owned by Kcee and his brother, E-money, had escalated. He was reportedly arrested by Policemen on counts relating to breach of contract, fraud among other issues.Five Star Music later released a statement explaining why Harrysong was arrested.
