A man has shocked many people with his unbelievable act of sexual perversion after he was caught masturbating in broad daylight.

A man has been arrested by police for pleasuring himself in public outside a school.

According to Daily Star UK, the hood-wearing man was nabbed by cops in the city of Giugliano, in the Capania region of southern Italy, after being caught in the act.

And the unnamed man, a 32-year-old, has apparently done it at the same school before, having been seen a number of times pleasuring himself in front of horrified kids.

On one occasion, he was he was photographed standing next to his red car with the driver’s door open and masturbating vigorously while peering into the playground.

The photo apparently circulated on social media where disgusted parents shared it, begging for cops to act.

The same sicko has also been seen touching himself in front of children in the city centre park.

Officials in Giugliano have announced that not only is the man subject to criminal proceedings, a civil case is also being brought against him.

Locals have since taken to Facebook to demand better protection for children.

One commented: “I would like to open a business, an oven for paedophiles, can you do that?”

Another said: “A jerk. Let’s hope he remains in jail for life.”

And one mum added: “This must never happened again! The children must be protected.”
