The Portuguese criticised his opposite number's antics on the touchline as they embraced following Chelsea's 4-0 win over the Red Devils at Stamford Bridge on Sunday
Jose Mourinho tore into the "humiliating" way Antonio Conte acted on the touchline during Manchester United's 4-0 defeat against Chelsea on Sunday.
Goals from Pedro, Gary Cahill, Eden Hazard and N'Golo Kante done the damage as Mourinho lost on his return to his former club at Stamford Bridge.
But despite trailing 4-0, United fans were the loudest of the two sets of supporters and that sparked Conte into marching up and down the touchline urging the Chelsea crowd to make more noise.
And as Mourinho and Conte embraced at the end of the match, the former appeared to criticise his opposite number for doing so.
"Don't do that [celebrate] at 4-0. 1-0 okay, but 4-0 is humiliating,” Mourinho said to Conte in Italian, which was picked up by nearby microphones.
When asked what he told Conte at the end of the affair by Sky Sports, Mourinho refused to comment.
His counterpart smiled and said: "I think the private conversation must remain private. If someone discovers something, okay."
