Delaying Sex Makes Relationships More Better
If you want to make your relationship stable and more satisfying, you should delay s*x in your relationship. This is according to a 2010 study.
According to Dean Busby of Brigham Young University’s School of Life who is the study researcher, if couples have s*x too early, it overwhelms good decision-making and keeps couples in a relationship that might not be the best for them in the long-run.
After studying 2,035 heterosexual individuals who had an average age of 36 and were in their first marriages, the study team observed relationships fared better the longer a person waits to have s*x.
Dean Busby believes couples who wait to have s*x have time to figure out how trustworthy their partner is, how well they communicate and whether they share the same values in life before s*x bonds them and short-circuits their decision-making abilities.
The study was published in the Journal of Family Psychology.
